Maintaining the cleanliness of your home is important so that you can stay healthy and that is the purpose of my routine cleaning package.
Sanitize all high touch surfaces: handles, light switches and remote controls
Wash dishes, utensils and cutlery & put away
Replace bed linen and towels.
Clean and disinfect toilet, bath/shower and hand wash basin
Replenish any complimentary products for guests if required
Straighten cushions and furniture
Take out all rubbish

A deep clean is commended every 3-6 months to maintain a healthy environment for your guests.

Remove grease from hood / extractor fan
Dust behind radiators
Disinfect rubbish bin

Laundry can be taken away, washed and rotated on each following visit.
We ask that you have 2 sets of everything so that we are able to rotate the laundry each time we revisit.
Wash & Dry of all bed linen
As well as cleaning and sanitizing the property throughout, I will also carry out an inspection of the property & perform inventory checks once your guests have vacated the property, and record any maintenance issues or damages, ensuring they are reported and rectified prior to new guests arriving.
*Any belongings that have been left will be reported to the owner of the property.
Packages prices are based on a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property.
Please note that any property exceeding 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms will incur an extra fee of £7.00 per room
